The Human Rights Defender publishes
guidelines for raising public awareness on various areas of human rights as
well as improving professional knowledge of competent state and
non-governmental bodies. They refer to both the rights of consumers in public
service and to the rights of individual groups. The guidelines include answers
to questions that citizens often raise in their applications and complaints
addressed to the Human Rights Defender.
