On
December 30, at the initiative of Human Rights Defender of the Republic of
Armenia, Ms. Anahit Manasyan, certificates of appreciation were presented to
officers of the Police Guard who had ensured the security of the administrative
building of the Human Rights Defender’s Office.
In
recognition of their many years of conscientious service, high discipline and
responsibility in organizing the security of the administrative building of the
Human Rights Defender’s Office and the adjacent facilities, certificates of
appreciation were awarded to Lieutenant-Colonel Mr. Vladimir Hayrapetyan,
Commander of the 2nd Battalion of the Regiment for the Protection of Facilities
of Special Importance of the Police Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
of the Republic of Armenia, Major Mr. Levon Dolmazyan, Company Commander of the
2nd Battalion of the same regiment, the Platoon Leader, Lieutenant Mr. Arsen
Vardanyan, Senior Police Officer Mr. Gevorg Torosyan, Assistant to the Platoon
Leader (APL) and Squad Commander, as well as Senior Police Officers, Police
Sergeants Mr. Davit Tsaturyan and Mr. Rafael Sultanyan.
In
her speech, Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia, Ms. Anahit
Manasyan thanked the Police Guard officers for their dedication and high level
of professionalism, wishing them peaceful service, good health, and continued
success in their important and responsible duties:
“I
would like to express my appreciation for ensuring the security of the
administrative building of the Human Rights Defender’s Office over many years
with a high sense of responsibility and conscientiousness wishing you peaceful
service, good health, and continued success in your important and responsible
work.”
The
event was organized on the occasion of the end of the service of the Police
Guard officers who had been responsible for the protection of the
administrative building of the Human Rights Defender’s Office and the adjacent
facilities.
