On
September 29, the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia, Ms. Anahit
Manasyan, visited the Yezidi spiritual center of Aknalich and took part in the
event dedicated to the Day of Ziyarat.
September
29 is a pilgrimage day for the Yezidis of the world. The pilgrimage is
accompanied by festive events and tributes.

Anahit Manasyan emphasizes that the issues of protecting and promoting the
rights of national minorities are among her priorities and reaffirms her
commitment to carrying out activity towards the development of the mentioned
sphere.
