In
the conversation with Mr. Nikolay Melikyan, the Defender referred:
✅the discriminatory speech
used by the deputies of the National Assembly the day before and its
inadmissibility,
✅ the reasons for choosing the
path of the Human Rights Defender and the challenges in her activity,
✅ the current state of human
rights in Armenia,
✅ recent legal processes.
The
Defender also spoke about the problems in the field of protecting the rights of
children and persons with disabilities, the problems recorded during regional
visits.
